Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Monroe, NC. The role involves delivering construction materials within a 3-hour radius of Charlotte, using a truck and trailer, loading and unloading, and assisting in the warehouse when not on the road.

You will take clear photos of deliveries, operate a skid steer, measure and cut aluminum, and follow safety rules. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, paying $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience towing and backing up trailers
• Comfortable operating a skid steer (training provided)
• Able to measure accurately and safely use power tools/saws
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Title: Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with their hands, and taking pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have superb customer service.

You’ll deliver construction materials within a 3-hour radius of Charlotte, NC using a truck and trailer (similar to an F-350). When not on the road, you’ll assist in the warehouse with material prep, cutting aluminum, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
