Professional Transportation, Inc. is seeking Crew Transport Drivers in Mitchell, SD. As a PTI Van Driver, you will safely transport railroad crew members to requested locations.

No prior professional driving experience required, but a clean driving record is essential. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with up to a $3.00 shift differential for qualifying shifts. PTI provides company vehicles and on-the-job training, with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug screen, MVR, and Homeland Security background check.
• Be able to arrive at the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and practicing safety awareness.
• Prioritize on-time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pick up and drop off customers safely to their destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate timely with Dispatch Center.
• Open and close all doors/hatches for crew members.
• Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items to your supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
