Job summary

Heggies Pizza LLC in Minnesota is hiring a full-time route driver who typically works a 4-day week (Monday–Thursday) with occasional Fridays, about 45 hours weekly, and overtime available. Duties include creating customer orders, filling and rotating products on shelves, and delivering exceptional service on every route, including overnight requirements when on routes.

• Must be age 25+ to apply based on insurance policy.
• Experience driving a straight truck (26,000 GVW) with a 20' freezer box.
• Ability to safely navigate metro areas with the vehicle.
• Compliance with FMCSA ELD requirements.
• Able to lift a 45 lb. box.
• Able to move a 135 lb. load on a two-wheeled cart up and down stairs.
• Willingness to stop and solicit prospective customers along routes.
• Ability to upsell to existing customers.

Responsibilities

WORK TYPE

Full time. Generally, Monday through Thursday (4 day week) with the occasional Friday. Most employees work about 45 hours per week. Overtime hours are almost always available.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is full-time (4 days week) and does require some overnights while on routes. Duties will include creating customer orders, filling and rotating products on shelves, and above all else, performing customer service at its highest level. REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be age 25+ to apply based on the insurance policy.
• Ability to safely drive a straight truck (single axle, 26,000 GVW) with a 20' freezer box.
• Ability to safely navigate metro areas with above vehicle.
• Ability to safely operate above vehicle within FMCSA guidelines including use of Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• Must be capable of lifting a 45 lb. box.
• Must be able to move a two wheeled cart up and down stairs while laden with 135 lbs.
• Willingness to stop and solicit prospective customers along your route.
• Ability to upsell to existing customers.
