Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Driver to join our fast-paced team. You will drive on-site vehicles, provide friendly service, and help keep cars clean inside and out while maintaining our location’s appearance.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within a national employer and performance-based pay after the first month.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive vehicles on site and handle them with extreme care.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and outgoing.
• Work with an amazing team to ensure customer vehicles are clean, inside and out.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
• A valid driver’s license; upon offer, candidates are required to complete a driving history review.
