Talentify is seeking a dedicated Driver to safely transport patients, families and staff to appointments and activities at the nursing center. You will help passengers board and disembark, maintain logs, and monitor vehicle condition while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent; a strong commitment to compassionate service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive nursing center vehicle for patients, families and employees to appointments and activities.
• Operate vehicle safely and ensure passengers follow safety procedures.

• Monitor fuel and other fluids; report maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Driver where you will be responsible for the safe transportation of patients, families and employees to and from the nursing center for approved appointments and activities to pre-determined destinations.

• Operate the nursing center vehicle in a safe manner when transporting patients, families and employees insuring that all passengers follow safety procedures.
• Assist patients, their families and employees when boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
• Maintain route and mileage logs.
• Monitor and replenish vehicles fuel and other fluids.
• Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to the Nursing Home Administrator.
• Interact in a positive manner with patients and families.

Qualifications
