Accurate, timely delivery is essential to safe and effective infusion care. As a Specialty Infusion Delivery Driver, you will protect medication integrity and provide a professional, reassuring presence at the point of delivery, directly supporting patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Safely and timely deliver specialty infusion medications to patients’ homes
- Maintain medication integrity, including proper handling and temperature control at all times
- Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and documentation requirements accurately
- Interact professionally and courteously with patients and caregivers during deliveries
- Adhere to HIPAA requirements, safety standards, and company policies
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain organized delivery records
- Promptly report delivery issues, delays, vehicle concerns, or incidents to the appropriate contact
- Adapt to occasional route or schedule changes based on operational needs
- Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback on routes or delivery processes

Required Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of local roads and delivery routes within the Las Vegas metro area
- Ability to follow detailed delivery instructions and time‑sensitive schedules
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, complete deliveries
- Ability to safely transport temperature‑sensitive medications
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS, and delivery tracking tools
- Clear, professional communication with patients, caregivers, and pharmacy staff
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
Physical Demands
Esteemed duties may require standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and speaking or hearing. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ocular requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Other Requirements
- Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training
- Consistently act in compliance with LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies
- Adhere to all standards and procedures outlined in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual
- Refrain from any behavior that could be considered unethical or unlawful
Compensation
BioMatrix Pay Range: $10 – $10 USD
