Aging Best is seeking a Driver to split time between meal delivery and client transportation for homebound seniors in Missouri. You will follow established routes, ensure timely delivery, and support clients as approved by management.
You will also log meal counts, maintain accurate records, and report any concerns to the supervisor. The role requires a valid Missouri Chauffeur’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The Driver will split time between meal delivery and client transportation. The Driver will ensure the delivery of meals to a homebound aging population in accordance with established routes and guidelines and to be completed within an established period. The Driver will transport clients to and from appointments and at times provide additional support as approved by management. In addition, the driver will perform a basic observation of the client upon meal delivery or transport and report any noticeable concerns to the supervisor.
Education: A high school diploma or GED
License: Must possess at minimum a valid Missouri Chauffer’s Driver License. Must be able to present current proof of automobile insurance.
Experience: A minimum of one year’s hands‑on delivery experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical : Reliable and predictable attendance is expected and needed for this job. Moderate to Heavy physical activity is required daily. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Requires ability to be mobile and operate a motor vehicle. Requires extensive communication skills and the ability to be understood by others.
Travel: Requires daily travel within a designated area.
