Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 18+ years of age
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Maintain proof of auto insurance
• Acceptable driving record
• Reliable vehicle for making deliveries

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Customer:

• Provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone
• Display an appreciation of our customers by thanking them in a meaningful and thoughtful manner
• Respond quickly and respectfully to a customer’s complaint and notify the person in charge
• Be respectful of the customer's property
• Make appropriate suggestions to customer’s orders to increase satisfaction

Individual:

• Deliver food and beverage to either residential and/or commercial customers
• Ensure the customer's order is complete and to the highest standard possible before leaving the store
• Maintain adequate supplies in the delivery area
• Knowledge of menu items and pricing structure
• Basic math and cash management skills
• Capable of finding the best route from the restaurant location to the customers house to ensure quick delivery

Other:

• Knowledge of food preparation and order taking procedures
• Prepare menu items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value
• Complete all assigned cleaning and prep-work
• Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor

Physical Requirements:

• Able to get in and out of vehicle repeatedly
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
