Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Crescent Heights in Concord, NC is seeking a Driver to provide reliable transportation for residents to outings and medical appointments. You will operate the bus and other vehicles safely, maintain cleanliness, and follow all regulations.

You will schedule trips, stay accessible to management, complete paperwork, and may perform additional duties when not driving. A High School Diploma and a clean driving record are required; CDL may be needed depending on location, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a good driving record; may require a CDL license and must provide driving record prior to employment.
• Ability to drive the bus or other vehicles, meeting all federal and state driving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for residents to outings and medical appointments in a timely and orderly manner.
• Drive the bus or other vehicles to and from required destinations while operating the vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
• Schedule destinations of the bus or other vehicles as directed by the Management Team.
• Be accessible to the management team during working hours via cell phone or pager for schedule changes.
• Ensure the bus and/or other vehicles are clean.
• Timely completion and submission of paperwork related to job duties as required by operations procedures.
• May be assigned to other duties when not driving or on a relief basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $13.25/hr - $15.90/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
