Job summary

Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking a dependable Driver to support major commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from our Newark, NJ headquarters.

You will deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites, load and unload supplies, and assist with warehouse operations. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery records, conducting vehicle inspections, and working with warehouse staff and field personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating non-CDL trucks, box trucks, or straight trucks.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles, including box trucks and straight trucks.
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and designated locations.
• Load, unload, pack, sort, and transport materials.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and follow all company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
• Work closely with warehouse staff, field personnel, and management to support daily operations.
• Represent Haddad Plumbing & Heating professionally when interacting with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Driver to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, NJ. This is more than just a driving position. You will play a key role in supporting major commercial plumbing and HVAC projects throughout New Jersey, New York City, and Westchester County.

As a Driver, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered safely and on time to our job sites. What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-Time Position

• Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturdays as needed
