Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Driver at the University of Vermont to deliver goods and passengers, operating company vehicles safely and efficiently. You’ll load/unload items, support warehouse tasks as needed, and maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to meet site-specific requirements. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

• Commercial license may be required depending on vehicle type and state law.

• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $22 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Driver at Sodexo, you are a deliverer and community supporter. You will use people skills and a commitment to quality assurance to safely operate company vehicles in delivering goods, materials and/or passengers to various locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver, load, and unloads products, food and/or equipment as requested
• May assist in general warehouse duties such as stocking and retrieving package and bulk containers and general cleaning.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 0 – 2 years of transportation related work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required
