Job summary

HHM Hotels in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Driver to safely transport guests between the hotel and local locations, ensuring a courteous, timely and comfortable experience.

You will greet guests warmly, load luggage, drive shuttle vans, maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete logs, and report issues, while adhering to traffic laws and EarthView guidelines.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with no moving violations.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Clean driving record with no serious infractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Transport guests safely to and from airport or local locations using shuttle vans.
• Load and unload guest luggage and belongings.
• Complete required transportation logs.
• Report vehicle mechanical problems immediately.
• Obey traffic laws and established procedures.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and department goals.
• Work as Bell Attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Opportunity: Driver

Your Growth Path

Bell Person/Door Person/Guest Service Agent – Guest Service Supervisor

Your Focus

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner immediately upon interaction.


• Transport guests safely to and from airport or other locations by driving shuttle vans or other vehicles.


• Provide information regarding the localcommunity upon request.


• Load and unload guest luggage and other materials.


• Complete required transportation logs.


• Report vehicle mechanical problems immediately.


• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.


• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.


• Work as a Bell Attendant during staffing shortages or peak check/in out periods.


• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM Hotels’ EarthView program.


• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.


• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.


• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• This position will also include driving the hotel shuttle within the local area. A current & valid driver's license is required, with no moving violations on your driving record.


• High School diploma preferred.


• Driving record free of serious infractions.
