Job summary

Assists in miscellaneous warehouse duties.**Key Responsibilities include:*** Operates various delivery vehicles.* Transports products and material to and from specified destinations.* Loads and unloads the delivery vehicle.* Maintains radio contact with supervisor/leader/manager to receive delivery or pick up instructions.* Logs daily stops and time with supervisor/leader/manager.* Checks truck’s equipment and supplies to ensure road worthiness. Notifies supervisor/leader/manager of current or anticipated repairs.* Reports customer feedback and/or areas for improved customer service.* Collects payment for C.O.D. orders.* Performs filling, checking, and packaging of orders for shipment.* Provides assistance throughout the warehouse upon request from supervisor/leader/manager.* Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products. Typically bends, stoops and/or crouches from various heights on a regular basis to stock or deliver product to a customer.* Operates forklift: proper training and certification required.
