Job summary

A local transportation service provider is seeking dedicated drivers to join their team in Albuquerque, NM. Candidates must have a valid Driver's License and be over 21 with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience. This role requires effective communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist clients with mobility devices. Work will include transporting clients safely, completing vehicle inspections, and maintaining cleanliness. Open availability and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21 with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must NOT have more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Capable of passing a DOT drug screening and a mandatory criminal background check.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Physically capable of securing clients in wheelchairs or other devices.

• Utilize a smartphone for job functions.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MORE DRIVERS TO JOIN OUR ENCHANTED MEDICAL TRANSPORT TEAM!

Enchanted Medical Transport, a subsidiary of Medstar Transportation, is expanding our team and looking for dedicated drivers to help us provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation to our community.

SHIFTS NEEDED:

We are looking for candidates who have open availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be over the age of 21 (licensed for at least 5 years)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must NOT have more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
• Must pass a DOT drug screening and mandatory criminal background check
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be physically able to secure clients in wheelchairs or other devices
• Must have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch
• Utilize a smartphone for job functions
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Transport clients safely and securely using a company vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned

HIRING PROCESS (GET HIRED WITHIN 1–3 DAYS!)

• Attend a one‑hour job shadow and pass the background check.
• Once cleared, receive a drug screening link via email.
• Complete virtual classroom training and other paperworks.
• Attend a 5‑day PAID in‑vehicle training with a trainer in your assigned area.
• Get signed off and start driving!
