Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager in New Hampshire to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate order completion, and support customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

You will supervise a team, coordinate end-to-end fulfillment, and ensure proper use of home shopping technology and systems. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment with direct impact on customers and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment and customer focus.
• Deliver an exceptional pick‑up/fulfillment experience while handling customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable).
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume and productivity.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick‑up experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
