Chick-fil-A Burnsville in Minnesota is hiring Drive-Thru Team Members. No experience is necessary and training is provided. We offer flexible hours, paid time off, health benefits for those who work 30+ hours, Sundays closed, free meals, and opportunities to advance.

As a Drive-Thru Team Member you will greet guests, take orders with iPOS, ensure accuracy, handle payments, and guide guests on their next steps, in a fast-paced, friendly environment that values teamwork and service.

The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week. The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.

Note: We currently do not have openings for seasonal positions.
