Chick-fil-A is seeking a Drive Thru Shift Lead who embodies our core values and serves with a heart for people. You will support senior leadership, coach team members, and help ensure smooth, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced Drive Thru environment.

You will lead shifts, count drawers, and model excellent communication while fostering teamwork. This role offers a fun environment, growth opportunities, and Sunday closure benefits.

Formación

• Smile and create eye contact with guests.
• Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service.

• Experience as shift lead or supervisor is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Drive Thru
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Drive Thru Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires in Drive Thru, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our Drive Thru team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
