Job summary

White Castle in the United States is seeking an entry-level team member to deliver great guest service across front-of-house tasks and food preparation. You will help guests at the counter and drive-thru, handle orders, and assist in keeping the dining area clean and organized.

No previous experience required; training provided. Enjoy a friendly team, flexible scheduling where available, and benefits such as weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun.
• Experience in food service or management is a bonus but not required.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the counter and drive-thru.
• Operate the cash register and take orders.
• Prepare and assemble orders; ensure food quality.
