Panera Bread Newport is hiring Restaurant Team Members. You will greet guests, deliver friendly service, and support a fast-paced bakery-café every day.

This role offers flexible scheduling, bi-weekly pay, employee meal discounts, and career growth opportunities. You may learn multiple positions, including cashier, baking, drive-thru where applicable, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work 15–40 hours per week.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile.
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
