Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring to join our fast-paced front-of-house team in Tuscaloosa. You will take orders at the speaker, process payments, and ensure each bag is checked before it leaves the window while keeping the line moving with a friendly touch.

No experience required—we’ll teach you the JNN way. This is a great entry point with flexible schedules and room for advancement for motivated team members.
