Job summary

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage staffing and inventory levels. You’ll play a critical role in training the team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience required.
• Effective communication skills, basic math, reading and computer skills are essential.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor, and coach team members.
• Direct and assign employees to ensure operational standards.
• Adhere to employee handbook and ensure compliance.
• Manage opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Adjust staffing and inventory levels as needed.
