Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of retail management experience.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations required.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and monitor Team/Crew Members.
• Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees for food service.
• Adhere to employee compliance of restaurant policies.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Monitor staffing and inventory levels.
• Assist in administrative duties and maintain documentation.
• Respond to guest requests and manage complaints.
