Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience or two years of entry-level retail management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team Members and Carhops.
• Direct and assign restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing duties.
