Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication and basic math and reading skills are needed
• Ability to follow directions and maintain standards of appearance and hygiene
• General knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders to meet quality standards
• Handle food production at grill, fryer and other stations as needed
• Dress items to order and package menu items
• Maintain cleanliness: trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishes, counters and sanitation
