Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company, but we still maintain that “small town feel” and community here at PAM.**About this opportunity**As a Driver File Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing background reports, verifying employment history, and ensuring all driver qualification files meet regulatory and company standards.**Pay and Schedule**The pay range is $18-$20 an hour dependent on experience. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm**How will you contribute to the success of the team?*** Review and evaluate background reports, criminal history, motor vehicle records and other records* Verifying previous employment including contacting prior employer to confirm work history and safety performance* Identify discrepancies or concerns in background check and escalate issues as needed* Obtain, evaluate and enter complete and accurate information into the databases* Perform audits on students who have recently graduated from a truck driving school* Perform audits for experienced driver files* Compile required paperwork for DOT files.
