Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Capability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong time management skills to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with local Bend, OR routes via GPS and delivery apps.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mercedes Sprinter vans to complete local FedEx delivery routes efficiently and safely.
• Load, organize, and sort packages for optimized route delivery.
• Scan and track packages using FedEx delivery technology and handheld devices.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parcels to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
