Dave&Buster’s offers a dynamic hospitality role serving many guests with flexible schedules that accommodate school or other jobs. The position is focused on providing a swift, friendly, and fun beverage service experience.

Position Snapshot

As the beverage service specialist you ensure drinks look appealing, arrive timely, and are delivered with the highest standard of service. You keep stations stocked, clean, and ready, and you support the team to deliver quick and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all‑out fun.
• Keep the immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance; take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures and alcohol‑awareness procedures, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests.
• Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
• Make and deliver non‑alcoholic drinks to Guests, ensuring all drinks are properly garnished and trays are delivered to designated tables and other sections as needed.
• Assist in clearing dishes and glassware, refilling beverages, bussing and resetting tables, and restocking supplies for shift change or close.
• Assist in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation.
• Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to a “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy.
• Assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates; keep station clean and take down tables appropriately.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate, helping keep high morale, productivity, and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must read and communicate in English.
• Must be skilled at communicating with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave&Buster’s experience.
• Visible, neat, clean, and professional appearance in the proper dress code at all times.
• Physical demands: work days, nights, and/or weekends as required; work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions; read and write handwritten notes; lift and carry up to 30 pounds; move about the facility and stand for long periods of time; walk or stand 100% of shift; reach, bend, and stoop frequently.

Salary Range

$7.25 – $15.00 per hour
