Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Drink Runner to support servers by delivering drinks and helping with refills. You will greet Guests, take drink orders, and ensure dining areas stay clean and safe.

Ideal candidates may have some F&B experience and must be flexible for days, nights, and weekends. Certifications in Food Handling and Alcohol may be required. An inclusive team culture and growth opportunities are highlighted.

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.

Job description

At Main Event, our Drink Runners support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Drink Runner, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
