Job summary

Swig is a fast-growing brand known for its fun, energetic culture and signature dirty sodas. As a team member, you will greet guests, craft drinks, and help keep the store clean and inviting for everyone who walks in.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and tips, while having opportunities for growth within the company. Must be at least 16 years old and have a food handler’s permit; restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Must hold a valid food handler’s permit and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming, accurate service.
• Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging; support to-go and delivery orders.
• Upsell add-ons and menu items to enhance the customer experience.
