Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a manufacturing panel operator to run drilling/routing on panels during first shift. You will set up panels, ensure alignment with tooling holes, and monitor the cycle from start to finish.

The role requires basic manual dexterity, standing for long periods, and a high school diploma. The work environment is a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and chemicals.

• Check tool sizes, replace reset tools in magazine. Replace broken tools as required.
• Obtain and put away drills, mark drills that need to be re-sharpened.
• Notify supervisor of unusual equipment or operating difficulties.

1st Shift runs from 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m., Monday - Friday. Saturday's may be included from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to operate machines to drill and/or rout panel boards.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing for long periods of time is required.

Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.

Use of small drill bits; dexterity required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.
