Dandelion Energy is seeking a Driller Helper to support the drilling of vertical geothermal boreholes for single‑family and multifamily projects across the Denver area. You will assist with drilling, trenching, grout mixing, and bores filling while working closely with senior drillers and trenchers on active field sites.
The role requires physical labor year‑round, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to drive to nearby job sites.

As a Driller Helper at Dandelion Energy, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands‑on training in different parts of our geothermal field operations. You'll support drilling vertical geothermal boreholes for both single‑family new construction and multifamily residential projects across the state. Depending on project needs, you may be focused on supporting drilling rigs, mixing grout and filling bores with grout, and/or supporting trenching operations.
