Job summary

Cogentanalytics's client is seeking an experienced Supervisor for potable water well drilling in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois. The role involves leading field crews, coordinating drilling operations, and ensuring high safety and quality standards on site in rural and municipal settings.

Responsibilities include operating reverse rotary drilling with a Portadrill RV-6, testing completed wells, installing pumps and components, and maintaining detailed field records while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 10 years of reverse circulation drilling experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in welding, particularly stick welding.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
