We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Directional Boring Operator throughout Arizona in the fast-paced and growing telecom market.

These are full-time position.
Operate horizontal directional drill rig and provide training and assistance to coworkers.
Perform maintenance of equipment fluid levels, etc.Have an understanding of various ground conditions: rock, clay, sand, cobble, etc.
Ensure cleanliness of job sites.Perform simple math for accuracy of drilling.Perform manual labor for extended periods, often under adverse climatic conditions.
Analyze job locations for utility lines, permitting, and traffic control in order to complete construction activities without quality defects, safety incidents or any type of property damage.
Complete daily inspections and reporting of maintenance issues on vehicles, trailers and equipment.
Complete bore logs, timesheets, and daily completion forms accurately and legibly.
Operate all vehicles, equipment and tools while adhering to company safety standards.
Works efficiently to achieve a high level of productivity daily.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be experienced with drilling equipment and understand their capabilities and limitations.
Must be able to communicate effectively, have prior work experience with a directional drilling operation, and have knowledge of underground utilities and Experience.
Must have a good driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must be able to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Class A CDL preferred but not required.
Kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders.
Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds at a time.
Work in all weather conditions.
Drive for extended periods of time throughout the day.
