Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and planning/organization while managing time.
  • Professional demeanor and self-motivated initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external groups.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for Emerging Athlete, Young Horse and Development Programs.
  • Communicate with athletes, owners, staff, parents, and coaches.
  • Develop logistics for Training & Evaluation Sessions, Home Visits and Scouting Events.
  • Schedule annual review calls with Program members and coaches.
  • Assist in setting athlete targets, documenting records, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with Dressage staff to implement the Program Pathway.
