Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in Franklin, MA. You will load and unload deliveries, stage shipments, and store products in designated locations, ensuring inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of warehouse experience, strong communication, and solid time management. Shift runs 1:30pm–10pm; weekend and holiday work is required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations and PIT safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries.
• Store all products in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
