RH is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to accurately receive, store, pick, put-away, and ship products in a high-volume luxury home furnishings environment. You will support efficient warehouse operations while upholding RH’s standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of inventory flow and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day.
• Receive pallets to floor aligned by vendor to ensure accurate receipts by PO.
• Stage and load within outbound trailers as per shipping best practices.
• Ensure accuracy of load per best practices (arrows up for larger cartons on the bottom).
• Stacking library items left to right to insure safe handling practices.
• Ensure product stored/putaway/picked/shipped accurately and in a way that will not damage items.
• Comply with productivity and performance goals at all levels.
• Promote safety and comply with laws and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean warehouse free of debris.
