Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for the Holiday Inn Express Two Notch in Columbia, SC. You will greet guests, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean, safe dining area in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include presenting items, ensuring compliance with health codes, and providing friendly, professional service to all guests. Prior hospitality experience preferred, including familiarity with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including assignment of duties and evaluating service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests and ensure a quality dining experience.
• Assist in preparation, cooking and presentation of food according to standard recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support daily/weekly inventories of food and beverage items.
