Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction lending, loan servicing, or treasury operations, with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline with accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections via email and phone.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and update draw status and wire releases.
• Process and submit draw requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities.
• Review inspection reports for draw approvals (training provided).
• Verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.

About The Role:

Lendmarq is searching for a detail-oriented & organized professional to support our team in our Servicing & Asset Management Department. This role involves managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communication, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions across the organization. What You'll Do:

• Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.
• Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.
