Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Draper, Utah invites students to join our Global Supply Chain internship program. You will work cross-functionally with sales and manufacturing to assess challenges and propose action plans, gaining insight into the medical device supply chain through meaningful projects and mentorship.

Suitable for students pursuing a bachelor’s in supply chain with strong academics and a 3.0 GPA. On-site internship with housing support and competitive compensation; graduation after 2027

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Currently enrolled as a student for the duration of the Internship project.
• Graduating December 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available full-time for the duration of the Summer.
• Must have excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with sales and manufacturing operations.
• Assess challenges and formulate action plans with stakeholders.
• Gain insight into the medical device supply chain by assignment completion.
• Projects will be assigned based on strengths and business needs.
• Exposure to S&OP, procurement, planning, and logistics concepts.

How you could make an impact:

As an Intern in our Global Supply Chain, you will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales and manufacturing operations and assess challenges and formulate action plans with key stakeholders. By the end of the assignment you will have gained detailed insight into the medical device supply chain.

Functional experience may vary by student, and would be focused within one or many of these supply chain functions:

Specific internship projects will be assigned based on the candidate's strengths and interests, as well as business need.

What you'll need (Required):

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in either Supply Chain Management or related discipline.


• Currently enrolled as a student for the duration of the Internship project. Graduating December 2027 or later.


• Strong academic performance, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.


• Available full-time for the duration of the Summer. Specific dates flexible depending on school schedule.


• Must have excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.


• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience desirable.


• Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical device industry a plus.


• Must not require a company sponsorship for employment-based visa now or in the future.
