Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor to deliver drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple lining crews, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and adherence to QA and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation projects.
• Knowledge of lining installation techniques and site operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews, resources and work programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused and well-organised with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervising CIPP lining crews to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and equipment to keep projects on programme
• Carrying out regular site visits, monitoring performance, quality and Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting operational planning, project mobilisation and resource allocation
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving site issues
• Ensuring lining installations meet technical specifications, QA requirements and client expectations
• Building strong relationships with clients, site teams and internal departments
• Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across operations
