Qualifications

• 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
• Experience using a jetter and camera for inspections and servicing.
• Must pass a motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service skills, honesty, reliability and dependability.
• Physical dexterity and stamina for hands-on field work.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to diagnose and resolve drain issues quickly and efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Inspect drains with a camera to identify issues and plan repairs.
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems as needed.
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety and water quality.
