SWAN Loveland is hiring a Plumbing Drain Technician to meet with customers, diagnose drain/sewer concerns, and advise next steps, including camera inspections. The role focuses on getting lines flowing and delivering on-time inspections in accordance with local codes.

• Thorough knowledge of sewer systems and plumbing safety codes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach/install team members and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of sewer systems and plumbing safety codes.
• Performs drain clearing at customer homes and assesses systems.
• Guides homeowners on next steps for permanent repairs.
• Keeps job areas clean and organized and works with dispatch and managers.
• Represents the company professionally with customers and the public.
