You will perform drain cleaning, diagnostics, and safety inspections while educating homeowners on repair options and preventive maintenance. Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Drain experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential drain cleaning, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
  • Conduct system safety inspections and identify potential concerns.
  • Utilize company flat-rate pricing guides to provide accurate estimates.
  • Educate homeowners on available solutions, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations.
  • Present membership plans and additional service offerings when appropriate.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Complete post-service quality assurance checks.
  • Follow "Better Than You Found It" cleanup standards on every job.
  • Verify all completed work meets company quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
  • Ensure all required forms are fully completed and signed
  • Maintain accurate digital and printed records as required
  • Document inspections, recommendations, parts used, warehouse checkouts, equipment usage, and material orders
  • Complete invoices with accurate payment and job information
  • Capture and upload before, during, and after photos for all jobs
  • Submit all required documentation promptly and accurately
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain a 40% conversion rate on technician-generated opportunities
  • Deliver consistent 5-star customer service experiences
  • Arrive on time and prepared for meetings, training sessions, and scheduled appointments
  • Actively participate in company training and development programs

  • Complete assigned training materials and coursework on time
