Job summary

Bulldog Rooter in Eastern WA seeks an on-site plumbing associate with a sales focus. You will diagnose repairs, explain options to customers, and use Service Titan and an iPad for scheduling and invoicing.

Weekend shifts available, and a company truck, iPhone, iPad, and uniforms are provided. 1+ year plumbing experience preferred; apprentice cards encouraged.

Qualifications

• What you need: valid driver's license with no major violations in 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software.
• Assist in diagnosing and selling the repair to the customer.
• Experience with drain cleaning/plumbing; multi-level home work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and sell plumbing repairs to customers.
• Assist in providing service and maintaining customer relations.
• Work with Service Titan on job details.
• Support in home repiping projects when needed.

What you need:

• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Assist in diagnosing and selling the repair to the customer
• Familiarity with whole home repiping and topping out a multilevel house - installing overhead - having to work around stuff (preferred but not required)
• 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience
• Apprentice card needed, we can help get it if needed!
• Sales focused!
• Apprentice Plumber card preferred

• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
