We'll provide hands-on training to teach you how to identify drain problems, clear blockages, operate professional equipment, and provide great service to residential and commercial customers.

What You'll Learn and Do

As a Drain Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members while learning how to address common residential and commercial drain problems.

You'll receive training on how to:

• Identify clogged or slow-moving drain lines

• Clear blockages using professional drain cleaning equipment

• Operate drain snakes and other specialized tools

• Learn to use sewer cameras and hydro jetting equipment

• Inspect drain and sewer systems to identify potential issues

• Perform routine drain cleaning and maintenance

• Communicate findings and service information to customers

• Document completed work accurately

• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• Provide professional customer service on every job
