Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling, Memphis, seeks a full-time Drain Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial customers. You will operate drain cleaning machines, high-pressure jetters, and inspection cameras, and stock your service vehicle.

Explain diagnosed issues clearly, present options, secure approval before work, and maintain accurate service documentation. A valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to pass background/drug checks, and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Residential and commercial plumbing knowledge is required.
• Experience with drain cleaning and pipe inspection equipment.
• Ability to explain issues clearly and provide options.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
• Passion for safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert drain cleaning and unclogging services for customers.
• Explain diagnosed issues in clear terms, present options, and secure approval.
• Operate drain cleaning machines, jetters, and cameras.
• Maintain and stock service vehicle and complete paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to perform drain cleaning using small to large equipment
• Skill in removing and resetting toilets and p-traps
• Strong customer communication and service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
