Sierra Air is seeking an experienced Drain Technician to diagnose, repair, and restore home drainage systems. The role offers a base pay with uncapped commissions and a company-provided vehicle for year-round work.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential drain service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable recommending solutions that genuinely benefit customers
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Inspect drainage and plumbing systems.
• Clear blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools.
• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues.
• Repair and replace drainage components as needed.
• Explain findings and repair options to homeowners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
• Document work performed using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.

What You'll Do

As a Drain Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to diagnose, repair, and restore their home's drainage systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections
• Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools
• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately

Physical Requirements

This position involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow. Candidates should be able to:
