Legacy Service Partners seeks an experienced Drain Service Lead to oversee and perform drain repair, cleaning, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong technical expertise in drainage systems, hands-on leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex projects efficiently.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of drainage systems and repair techniques.
  • Experience using hydro jetting and CCTV equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specs.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of drain service technicians.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Perform and oversee drain cleaning, repair, and maintenance for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve drainage issues including blockages and leaks.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of service work, including reports and invoices.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and address hazards and risks.
  • Manage inventory and order parts as needed.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Drain Service Lead to oversee and perform drain service operations. The Drain Service Lead will manage a team of technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute drain repair, cleaning, and maintenance projects with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Drain Service Lead Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in drain services, plumbing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of drainage systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools.
  • Experience using hydro jetting, CCTV inspection equipment, and other drain service tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
