MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a seasoned OT/ICS security professional for a 12-month on-site engagement in San Diego, CA. You will lead Dragos deployments, monitor OT networks, and collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to strengthen industrial security postures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of OT/ICS security experience, hands-on Dragos deployment, and familiarity with DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850. Excellent communication and deployment coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OT/ICS network security experience.
• 2+ years of Dragos deployment/administration.
• Experience with OT monitoring platforms (Forescout, Claroty, Nozomi).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, segmentation, VLANs, SPAN/TAP mirroring.
• Familiarity with DNP3, Modbus, and IEC 61850.
• Understanding of OT security requirements and utility environments.
• Experience with change management, deployment coordination, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills with technical and compliance teams.

Pay rate $ 70 to 75/hr.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of OT/ICS network security experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Dragos deployment or administration.
• Experience with OT monitoring platforms such as Forescout, Claroty, or Nozomi.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network segmentation, VLANs, and SPAN/TAP traffic mirroring.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as DNP3, Modbus, and IEC 61850.
• Understanding of OT security requirements and utility environments.
• Experience with change management, deployment coordination, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and compliance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ruggedized sensor hardware and field deployments.
• Experience working with vendor professional services teams.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and software installation.
