Qualifications

• Able to communicate and work with all levels of management.

• Reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive Attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate draglines as part of a mining team.
• Gain experience with heavy mining equipment under supervision.
• Support maintenance and lubrication tasks as needed.
